A big hello to our customers and fans. I'm glad you've stopped by to check out our blog. We're currently in the process of building this new website as a whole, so most of our effort is focused there, but I want to tell you a little bit about our blog and what it will be.

Why are you bothering to write a blog?

Have you ever wondered how to do something on your computer, how something works, or why something is happening? Even as a lifelong IT professional, I have of course encountered countless situations where there's a new problem, new error message, or some technology that I'm not familiar with. One great way to find help in these situations is to hop on your computer and start Googling anything and everything you can about that issue. It comes as no surprise, however, that the internet, with all its myriad pages, articles, and web forums, may be a daunting places to gather information. I know there are a lot of websites out there and every one of them offers you different facts, opinions, and points of few on every subject imaginable.

The purpose of our blog is to give you an insider information, straight from the people who work in the IT industry every day. My hope is to offer real, useful information on many subjects that our customers have asked us about, and to clarify much of the obfuscation present on the internet regarding these subjects.

What are you going to write about?

Over the years, I've been asked countless computer questions. I want to take the most common ones, and some of the less common ones, and give you real answers that you can trust. There are also some subjects that just don't have clear answers out there, so I'm going to do the research myself, mix in a little of my own experience, and lay out the facts for everyone.

Surely you have had some computer-related woes that got you totally puzzled. I want to hear about them! I've already got plans to put together our insights on "Staying safe on the internet", "Virueses and Malware, and "Keeping your Computer Backed Up", but what do you want to know?

Please leave us some comments below or send us an email!
