Every company out there says that their employees are their most important asset. At Dymin Systems, we mean it! It isn’t just a moral philosophy, it’s a business one. The reason 19th century management techniques are no longer used is because they limit an employee’s ability to be creative. A manager can always badger an employee to get the work done. In return, an employee will just give just enough to get through his or her day so as to not get noticed. A business can function that way but it cannot thrive. Here at Dymin we allow our people to reach their own potential. And of course we pay them for it. Three of our own departments have been dreamed up and then created by employees. Our philosophy is that if you can show us how we can profit by selling hamster food then we may look into a hamster food department. As a Dymin team member you are only limited by your own dreams and drive.

  • Health and Dental Insurance – Comprehensive health and dental insurance is made available to all our employees—hourly or salaried. We will pay 75% of the monthly premium cost for employees and 25% of the premiums for family members.
  • Life Insurance – We cover all employees with life insurance at no cost to you.
  • Aflac Supplemental/Incidental Insurance – All employees are eligible for supplemental and incidental insurance through our group Aflac partnership. Employees enjoy reduced rates for any insurance they choose to purchase through Aflac.
  • 401K Retirement Plan – All employees are offered a 401K retirement plan with the ability to decide your own level of investment and return.
  • Dymin Wellness Program – We want our employees to stay healthy, and so we offer partial reimbursements for all wellness-related activities you choose to undertake. This can include taking advantage of our group membership rates to local fitness centers, or your own personal training, fitness programs, or wellness counseling.
  • Time Away – All employees are given paid holidays, PTO (Personal Time Off) days (unpaid), and can earn up to three weeks of paid vacation.
  • Employee Purchase Program – All employees are eligible to purchase products from our inventory at 10% over cost.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Account– All employees are allowed an AR account with which to make purchases from the company. Purchases made on your account will be deducted from your paycheck on a monthly basis.
  • Commissions – Many positions have the opportunity to earn commissions on their sales.
  • Cell Phone – We provide a cell phone to all our employees after 6-months of employment, and the monthly cost of the phone is fully paid by us. Employees can choose to upgrade their phone or plan for the cost difference.
  • Holiday Parties & Company Events – We reward our employees with a yearly holiday party, as well as various company-sponsored events and community-service opportunities throughout the year.

  3. If we are hiring, we will contact you to set up a time for an in-person interview.
  4. All persons applying for a technical position will be required to perform a hands-on technical test.
