Discover the Dymin Difference
Dymin entered the scene in the Des Moines, Iowa, area in 2001, ready to change the landscape of computer sales, repair, and IT support. Scott Breitman and Bill Stasak founded the company from a walk-out basement in Ankeny, and now, with a 7,500-square-foot command center in Urbandale, Dymin is one of the largest and most experienced organizations in the state serving consumers and businesses alike!
Why? Maybe it’s because we were the first in the country to guarantee 24-hour repairs. Maybe it’s because we give our business customers true IT management, instead of leaving them scrambling to make sense of their technology. Maybe it’s because our team is passionate about technology and our customers. No matter what, we’re here to stay, and we take pride in the fact that we’re giving our local community the best IT services available!

Francisco, our marketing guy, is one with the highest energy on the team. Growing up, he wanted to become a doctor. Still, he realized that his communication skills, creativity, and ability to analyze people would drive him somewhere else (that and the fact that he’s scared of blood). If he’s not working on a marketing campaign, he’s probably out partying with friends at a local bar or at home playing with Zuri, his rescue dog.

When the weather gets too cold to be outside, she’s most likely working on a puzzle or knitting the world’s largest scarf.

Douglas Todd
Systems Engineer

About Douglas Todd
Although DT dreamed of being a musician as a kid, he always had a knack for math and logic. This served him well when his older brother, Jason, started teaching him DOS; he enjoyed using this powerful new knowledge to get games to run on his old PC. Lacking enthusiasm for attending a four-year college, DT headed out to Los Angeles and found his way into the video game industry, beginning as a tester for Activision Blizzard and working himself up to project leader. After five years of what he describes as “an extremely fun but difficult job,” he returned to the Midwest to get his associate’s degree at DMACC. After graduating, he heard about the opportunity to work at Dymin and has been here ever since. He says he loves the challenge of continuously solving new problems.

About James Helvey
He’s the second member of our James’ Club. As our Project Administrator, he’s responsible for making our IT project’s functions run smoothly. James is also the best ice hockey partner you can ever dream of.

Justin Wilson
IT Project Engineer

About Justin Wilson
Got a new project for us? Justin will oversee all the administrative duties around it. As a wargames super fan, he always has his strategy on the plate to attack any issues before they present a setback in our processes, always with his calm demeanor when the situation gets heated or complicated. Back in the time, when he was in high school, he worked as a Game Advisor on one of the largest video games retailers worldwide, so you can always ask him for advice when you want to try on a new videogame.

Isaac Brekke
IT Project Administrator

Brett Adams
Service Delivery Manager

About Brett Adams
When Brett was a kid, he dreamed of becoming a marine biologist or veterinarian, but like most of us, he changed his mind a few times. Brett worked in warehousing and logistics for a while then realized it wasn’t for him, so he started working towards a degree in electrical engineering. After a year (and WAY too much math) he switched his degree to IT. Now, he gets to help people fix things for a living and imagines that customers view him as a sort of superhero, rescuing them from imminent digital ruin. When he’s not saving the day, he enjoys snorkeling and playing sports and video games.
