Residential Live Remote Support

At Dymin Systems we know that it is not always necessary to haul in that cumbersome desktop to the service center to have it looked at. Perhaps you are traveling and need some assistance with an application. We have the technology and capacity to view your system while you are at your computer. Through remote support a live session can be established, and assistance can start immediately through an internet connection.

How it works:

Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed to our remote support login at he bottom of this page, after your support representative provides you with a unique support key. You will then enter your name and the support key in the fields provided and click the “start support session” button to initiate the screen-sharing session.

You are prompted to download a small, virus-free plug-in.

With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
